Ideally placed between north/south, close to exit 5 of the A39 (Soirans), quiet, 20 minutes from Dijon, you will be welcome at the gite of the 3 rivers in Burgundy. Ideal for business trips, north/south stops or tourist stays. My 65 m2 gite can accommodate 4 adults and 1 baby; on the ground floor there is the kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet. On the 1st floor, a beautiful room for 4 people that can be separated into 2 spaces. Terrace, private parking and garden. Well-behaved dogs are allowed.

Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Echenon, quiet accommodation close to everything

Small house adjoining the owner's, with independent entrance. Ideally located between 2 and 3 km max from all shops (Intermarché, Lidl, bakery, tobacconist and pharmacy etc.), the accommodation includes a living room open to the kitchen equipped with a fridge freezer, a gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave oven, mini oven, Tassimo coffee maker. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed +1 baby bed) (1 double bed and 1 single bed) 1 bathroom with shower. Washing machine and Wi-Fi, large screen TV.

Located in the largest marina in France, enjoy the charming and relaxing setting of this riverboat for one or more nights of pure relaxation. The Hummingbird sleeps 4 people, possibility to be at 5 with the couch (let us know) It is located 25 minutes from Dole, 45 minutes from Dijon, 40 minutes from Beaune, and close to Lake Chour. Fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms with shower and toilet, spacious living room and terrace to enjoy the beautiful days.

On the banks of the Saône, come and enjoy the calm in a natural and relaxing setting. the site is suitable for cyclists on European cycle routes (blue route, Eurovélo 6 and green route) and for tourists on the vacation route. It is secure and has a secure shelter for two bikes. This place is close to local restaurants and allows for a small meal. A bike stop for athletes and a real relaxing stop. Another identical accommodation can increase the capacity.

Beaune Nuits: neat house, stove, very quiet

Old farmhouse renovated on 2 floors: great calm, all comforts! Nuits-Saint-Georges 10 min, Beaune 15 min, highway 10 min. Ideal base for visiting the vineyards. Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
