On the ground floor, fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, living room, dining area, flat-screen TV, toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom sink bathtub, a small garden furniture.

The Cottage

Beautiful rural two-storey gîte in ancient Normandy Long House in tranquil location close to Carentan, Utah Beach and D-Day Experience Museum. Located in the Les Marais Natural Park, surrounded by wildlife including horses, hares, and herons. Beautiful swimming pool open end May to end August. You will have access to a games room with a pool table and ping pong. We are unable to accommodate pets. Please also check out our other adjacent gîte - called 'Les Etables' or 'The Stables'.

Dating from the 12th century, totally independent and not overlooked, the entrance alone is the peasant journey. A room with terrace and fireplace, facing the fields and its open kitchen to experience sharing. 3 single bedrooms (140), a shower room and an independent toilet. Completely refurbished.

The Cabane de Baubigny.

Nice wooden chalet with terrace, in a quiet campsite. Located in the heart of a vast protected natural area, facing southwest, the "Cabane de Baubigny" enjoys exceptional views of the sea & the Channel Islands. The campsite does not offer any entertainment and does not have a swimming pool. It is therefore the ideal place for people who want to rest and enjoy the surrounding nature in complete serenity. A small 1 km road leads to a beautiful wild beach just opposite.

This special place has its own wonderful style. Built in 1885, carefully and stylishly renovated in 2021 and certified for quality by the French Tourism Board. Historic hideway in the charming fishing village of Barfleur. Chosen as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Quiet dream location between the harbor and the beach. Both just 2 min away. It is only 150 m to the house beach. The scent and sound of the sea surround the house and make it very special.

Our charming house, Villa Morsa, completely renovated in 2023, pleasant, quiet, in a neat decor, is ideally placed for sea and countryside holidays, sailing, and fishing. From January to March, the mildness of the Gulf Stream makes the mimosas bloom. In the spring, be surprised by more exotic blooms. Summer is a 6-minute walk from the sea, by a path that ends on the beach. You will enjoy going down to the bay in towels and swimsuits.

Delphine and Didier welcome you to their historic property La Princerie, located in the quiet countryside in Sainte Marie du Mont. You will find restaurants, bars and shops within a 10-minute walk. Its main reputation is that it was the first village liberated in June 1944. You can visit its beautiful church. Utah landing beach is just a few kilometers away, a huge stretch of sand where you can walk. Not suitable for children under 12.
