Isolated without being outside the village (between 1.5 km from a first village and 4.5 km from a second) in nature but with easy access, it has the particularity of being located in an excessively peaceful but central area from which and within a radius of 5 km it is possible to find any local business, restaurant, but relaxing activity, walk along the river, swimming, fishing, bike path in the middle of nature etc...

The house is located at the top of the village. Old building renovated in 2023, equipped with 2 bedrooms with double bed, as well as an office with two bunk beds, a bathroom, 1 toilet, a living room/kitchen/dining room of 50 m2 (with its pellet stove). The exterior is composed of a large terrace with stunning views of the valley and a large exterior all around the house. For sweet summer evenings (and for all other seasons for that matter!) a barbecue awaits you!

For hikers, the GR 42 is 200 m away. Climbing site 2 km away. During the day, discover the gorges of the Ardèche, the plateau, the cave of Pont d'Arc, the Ardèche train and even the Drôme des Collines or Provencal. But it's also great for lounging with a good book by the heated pool.
