The house offers plenty of space for a holiday together in the countryside, with mountain views, on 120 square meters and a terrace extending over two sides. The living and dining area with kitchen alone covers 50 square meters. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms offer retreats, plus the outdoor sauna with a view!

Idyllic crunchy cottage with lake view. Hiking from the front door to the most beautiful places in the Salzkammergut. The balcony creaks, the stream rustles, it's cosy under this roof. Rich green meadows and flower balcony, a house with tradition. You can walk to the centre of the village in 15 minutes and often see a deer. It is a simple accommodation with charm and a mix of styles from 1920 to today. For people who love the simple, the place is suitable.

In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
