The living and dining area with kitchen alone covers 50 square meters. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms offer retreats, plus the outdoor sauna with a view!

In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
