Renovated apartment of 50 m2 in a private and secure residence, 300 m from the center. It is composed of an equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with a bed 160x200 cm, a bathroom with shower (towels and shower sheets provided), a separate toilet and a large terrace. All the windows of the apartment overlook the wooded park of the residence. A 12 x 6 m swimming pool, a garage (w.240 x h.190 x p.500 cm) and a bike room will be at your disposal.

Beautiful house of 90m², fully renovated with 30m² terrace, 1 hectare garden, quiet, with direct access to the river, large and secure swimming pool, and pool house. Its proximity to the Pont-du-Gard site and the center of the village (5 minutes), Uzès (10 minutes), Nîmes and Avignon (30 minutes), makes it an ideal destination for a stay with family or friends. Rental of canoes and bicycles right next to the house for beautiful excursions.

The Loft

A peaceful corner where you can rest, and enjoy nearby tourist spots such as Uzès, Pont du Gard, Avignon and many other places to discover. The Loft is integrated into our house; an entrance is dedicated to the Loft and the courtyard as well as the corner to cool off is common for the house and the Loft; Access to the wooden staircase is not allowed. The garden is not locked by a gate and some exterior landscaping remains to be done.

Stone house/swimming-pool/ private garden

Our pretty stone house of 120 m2, recently renovated and air-conditioned, awaits you for a pleasant stay. Beautiful terrace with outdoor lounge, barbecue, ping-pong table. The 3X3 swimming pool, adjoining the terrace, is perfect for cooling off, having fun and keeping the children under supervision. The accommodation has a fiber internet connection, a home cinema system and parking for several vehicles. Pets are welcome.

A ten-minute walk from the historic center of Uzès, stone mazet with a double bedroom and a mezzanine with two single beds. A third single sofa bed in the living room. Note that the only bathroom/toilet is accessed through the double bedroom. Washing machine and dishwasher, Wi-Fi and linen included. Private garden with pool.
