Il se situe dans une résidence familiale avec piscine partagée offrant une vue magnifique à 180° sur la mer des caraïbes, la baie du Marin, le rocher du Diamant .... Elle se situe à 5 min à pied du bourg de Saint Anne, son marché tous les matins avec ses fruits, légumes du pays, épices ..., 1 boulangerie, boutiques de souvenirs et ses restaurants ! A 10 minutes en voiture d'une des plus belles plages de Martinique "Les Salines".
