Beautiful new luxury detached villa. 100% bioclimatic, on Sainte Luce, with private pool, and 800 m from the beach. 180 degree panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea, and view of Saint Lucia (neighboring island). Nestled in the middle of nature, you will enjoy the birdsong, and the tropical garden. None overlooked. No parties or parties are allowed. The place is very quiet: a real haven of peace!
