Le logement en bas d'une villa est entièrement privatif et dispose de 3 chambres dont 2 ont accès à une grande salle de bain. La troisième chambre est équipée d'une salle de bain privée avec une baignoire massante. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de grands lits King Size, smart TV 65", Internet fibre. Our bungalow is located in a green setting 600 meters from the beach. Guests can relax in our pool (non-private). Terrace overlooking the garden and sea view. In Ste Rose you will find the rum museum, its fishing port near the village (visit the mangrove, diving, visit the Grand Cul de Sac marina etc...), the sulfur baths of Sofaia! You will be next to the most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe: Tillet, Cluny, Grande Anse à Deshaies, and all spared from sargassum!!!

La Kaz du Pêcheur

La Kaz du Pêcheur is a Creole bungalow, ideal for a couple or a family with children. Located in Sainte-Rose, on the leeward coast (totally spared by the sargassum), in a green setting, equipped with all comforts. You will enjoy the independent entrance with shower area for returning from the beach, the private garden with BBQ and deckchair, and for your moments of relaxation a covered terrace shaded by a plant net and a small private pool called here "punch bowl"!

10 minutes from Deshaies and close to the beaches of Clugny, Tillet, La Perle and Grande Anse, this independent bungalow offers calm and comfort. It includes a master bedroom and a mezzanine, ideal for a couple or a family with two children (not suitable for 4 adults). You can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a shaded terrace, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a large family pool for a relaxing holiday in Guadeloupe.

Depending on the season, you can enjoy the many flowers and fruits in our garden. We are located on the heights of Deshaies, 50 meters from the Botanical Garden. Breakfast in supplement is served on reservation and in complete privacy on your terrace.

Charming studio to accommodate a couple coming to discover the northern region of Basse Terre, the leeward coast, and other sites between sea and mountain. When you return from your walks and visits, you can enjoy the swimming pool. We are in a quiet location (in a cul-de-sac), 300 meters from the beach. You can also walk along the coastal path without taking the road.

MALACCA STUDIO – SEA VIEW AND POOL – Deshaies

The pretty Malacca studio is warm with its turquoise seaside style. Located in the luxury residence "O Coeur de Deshaies", it is ideal for a stay as a couple (possibility of accommodating your baby with a travel cot). From the suspended seat of the terrace, or by the pool, you can admire the view of the beautiful bay of Deshaies and its sunset.
