Located in the center of Manche (Agneaux), 500 m from the Voie Verte, 5 min walk from the Institute, 8 min (car) from the stud farm, 30 min from the sea, 1 hr from Mont Saint-Michel, 40 min from the landing beaches, 1 hr from the Cité de la Mer, 40 min from Bayeux. Independent entrance through the outer courtyard, located under the terrace of our house (lockbox).

Large, furnished 45m2 studio with a bedroom on the higher 7m2 mezzanine Facing south, with lots of light. The independant flat is located on the first and last floor, adjacent to the main house but with a private entrance. Green and peaceful setting in a large garden : beautiful view of the countryside. Flat : new furnishings, dish ware and bedding. Living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. Cot for baby or young child. Garden : table, chairs, long-chairs, electric barbecue. 2 new bicycles.

Charmant studio dans une longère, au calme. Accès privé en arrière avec une agréable terrasse. Situé à 5 minutes de l'axe Vire/St Lô au niveau de l'autoroute A84 sortie 40, idéal pour visiter la Normandie (équidistance entre le Mont Saint Michel et les plages du débarquement).
