House holiday rentals in Saipan

Such an amazing time! When I arrived, Shey gave me a quick tour of the place and the lay of the land. The unit was great: modern w/all of the amenities you could want and access to an infinity pool w/a fantastic view. It was perfectly located within a few minutes drive of the island’s main town, but still secluded, quiet, and peaceful. Highly recommend if you’re in Saipan - great hosts and great place to stay!

Located right in front of the beach, you can see the beautiful evening sunset, and it is spacious and can accommodate a large number of people.

I stayed in Unit 4, American House for three nights. It would be hard to improve on this accommodation. It was large, comfortable and air conditioned. The best thing was the view. The window faced west and each evening I was amazed by fantastic sunsets over the Pacific ocean.

When I arrived in Saipan on the second day of the New Year, I first stayed in another house.Later, because of the cancellation of the return flight, I decided to stay for two more days, so I chose this place.Great location, very close to the commercial street.Because I had a week-long fitness card at Gold's Gym nearby, it was also very convenient to go to the gym, basically within 3-5 minutes by car.The room is clean and tidy, and the bath water in the bathroom is very comfortable.Wifi encountered some minor problems between wifi, I talked to the host on WeChat about it, and I sent someone to solve it quickly.

The host couple was very kind and made sure we had a comfortable stay. There were some ants, but since it was a nature-friendly place, it was understandable. The location was great, especially if you have a car, and the view was amazing, making every day enjoyable. I would love to visit again!

Excellent home for a family vacation. Spacious and clean, with everything that one might need. The outside bar and jacuzzi were perfect for entertaining, as well as just hanging out. Communication with Edwin was extremely easy, and he was always quick to respond. He had sent helpful videos to guide you through the details of important things to know. If you are traveling to Saipan with family, or as a group- look no further. This house has everything and is super convenient to shopping and the beach. Would highly recommend!!

A total of 10 people had such a comfortable stay. Each room has a spacious toilet and bathroom, and the bedding was clean and pleasant. There was a spacious kitchen, so I ate all the food freely. Thanks to this, I was able to save on meals. (Saipan food is salty, so it was hard to buy it every time, but this was really good.) The host family lives right next to it, so if you need anything, you can communicate right away. If you rent the main house, one car is also free, and there are a lot of people, so they lent us one more small car at a very low price. The accommodation seemed expensive, but considering the car rental, it wasn't bad at all, and most importantly, everyone in the group was very satisfied. I made really good memories for 5 nights and 6 days. The little host who comes every night is so cute too:) It was my 4th trip to Saipan, and it was the best of them. If I go again next time, I will definitely go back here. It's also close to downtown, so it's great to go to grocery stores, etc!
