Holiday rentals with a patio in Saitama

Check-in was a breeze, and they were happy to answer any questions we had. The place was clean and well-maintained. We had no issues at all during our 14 day stay. The transportation is very convenient. The facilities are all new. The room is also very tidy. The host is very nice and the host is very nice and friendly reply. Next time I come to Tokyo, I will choose this one.

We stayed with our family of five with our children.I used the private lodging facility for the first time, but it was more comfortable than I imagined, and the value was good and fascinated. It was very comfortable when I entered the entrance without taking care of the people or the surroundings like a hotel.The unlocking method was easy and I was able to enter and exit smoothly. The kitchen and water area were clean, and we had a relaxing rest with meals and baths. I thought it would be nice if there were blackout curtains or blackouts in the bedroom.

This was a great place to stay for the Tokyo leg of our trip. There was plenty of space for our group of 4 adults, and the location was fantastic. It was quick, easy, and convenient to access all of the major areas in Tokyo, and there was a great market just a few minutes from the house. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent stay at this homestay! The house was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable visit. Everything was well-prepared and thoughtfully arranged. One major highlight was the bus stop literally right in front of the house, making it extremely convenient to travel around. The bus service was efficient and punctual, which made exploring the area so easy. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly—always available when needed and went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free and pleasant stay!

Even though it’s a little far from the main attractions, it was still very convenient because the nearest train station is about 5-7 mins walk. We loved the place and would recommend it to our friends and families who will travel to Japan!

I was allowed to spend very comfortably.The waterfall was small and I couldn't get to it, but what I imagined was many times great!I can't enjoy it unless I spend many nights.The owner was also a very friendly person.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The place itself was clean and everything was just like in the pictures. We felt right at home. It's easy to find thanks to Xuan's descriptions. Public transport is within walking distance, same as stores and restaurants. There is nothing much to say other than we would like to come back if we ever visit Japan again!

Wan hosted me in April 2025. It's a brand new townhouse in a calm area near Warabi or Nishi-Kawaguchi stations. Very easy and quick commute to Shibuya, Tokyo. House is clean, cozy and located next to small 7Eleven which works 24x7 which is perfect for travelers arriving at night. The house is equipped with everything which is needed for a short or long term staying. Wen communicated very quick and I never waited for a response more than 5-10 mins. Thanks to Wen my vacation passed in a splendid place.
