The house is located in the upper area of the beautiful and charming village of Vilac, and with stunning views. A 2-story townhouse with a nice garden. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. On the ground floor is a spacious living-dining room with a kitchenette, with access to the 30-meter garden. It also has a toilet and laundry area. The house is carefully furnished. It has been recently renovated.

The bedroom features a spacious bed with soft bedding, set against a backdrop of exposed wooden beams and warm orange walls. Two decorative mirrors reflect light, and gentle lamps provide a cozy ambiance. A glimpse of the adjoining area is visible in the background.

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.

In the village of Moulis, small house completely renovated in 2016, composed of a ground floor living room kitchen (attention, the kitchen is minimalist... No oven, but a steam cooker) which overlooks a garden itself bordered by a river, on the first a double bedroom (a 140x190 bed) and a shower room and on the second two single beds (80x200).

A spacious lounge area features a large sectional sofa adorned with neutral cushions. A light wooden coffee table occupies the center, while a wall-mounted television is positioned for easy viewing. Natural light filters in through two windows, enhancing the warm wood beams of the ceiling.
