Built in 4.5 cm thick fir at 710 meters above sea level, it stands on a wooden platform 3 meters high between an Oak, Sorbo and Hazel and is accessed on the flat level on the mountain side. It has a splendid view of the magnificent Verrino valley, a protected area, a short walk from the center of Agnone. Full relaxation on the estate among the olive trees, privacy but also in the history, gastronomy and culture of Upper Molise.

This antique, tiny, cozy and calm little house, belonged - indeed - to zia Maddalena, has been totally renewed and it's located at around one-hundred meters form the historic center of the wonderful village of Civitanova del Sannio. It is composed by a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a double-bed and a day-bed, a smaller bedroom with a one-place bed and a bathroom with a shower. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

The presence of a bridge, quite close to the house, is not so disturbing.
