This lovely one bedroom apartment is set in one of Salcombe's most iconic buildings right in the town's centre. The well equipped apartment comes with use of the heated waterfront swimming pool (28th May to 31st October only) communal gardens and also benefits from on-site parking (1 space) and boat mooring (5m max.). Salcombe offers a range of shops, bars and restaurants and is in close proximity to the many breathtaking beaches and miles of coastal path. Strictly no dogs or smoking allowed.

It has been tastefully appointed with high specification fixtures & fittings to give guests a luxurious holiday accommodation. The stunning location with front line estuary views from the second floor gives 180 degrees of uninterrupted views. Guests can enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool with estuary views and beautifully maintained communal gardens. Located on the 2nd floor, you will enter The Salcombe on the ground floor into a beautiful reception area. There are stairs and a lift. The apartment boasts a large corner balcony with furniture, the perfect spot to sit & relax watching the boats sail by. The apartment has two luxurious bedrooms, 1 king bed & a twin bedroom. The master bedroom has a beautiful marble ensuite shower room, there is also a main bathroom in similar styling with a bath & overhead shower. There are quality toiletries provided for your convenience, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. The open plan kitchen, lounge & dining area has two double doors leading out to the balcony. The kitchen is brand new and has all modern conveniences, this includes a boiling hot water tap (caution when using). The comfortable lounge enjoys incredible views, the private balcony has outdoor furniture. There is a designated parking space in the car park to the side of the apartment building, entry through a security barrier. You have access to a communal laundry with washing machines & dryers. There is a passenger ferry from outside the apartment building which takes you to East Portlemouth. There is another ferry from the pontoon only a few meters down the road which will take you to South Sands. There is a public bus service to Kingsbridge and then onto the number 3 bus taking you on the A379 coastal road to Dartmouth. The apartment building is situated in the premium location of central Salcombe. You will enjoy the convenience of shops, restaurants and pubs on the doorstep. The passenger ferry which takes you over to East Portlemouth beaches in in front of the apartment and The Ferry Inn pub with outside terrace is located next door. The atmosphere is to be enjoyed, however please note that in peak season there is the sound of customers from the pub’s terrace. The outdoor swimming pool is open May to September inclusive.
