La place de parking attitrée, au sein de la résidence sécurisée, vous permettra de laisser votre voiture et de tout faire à pieds (plage principale, commerces et restaurants à 5 minutes). De nombreuses randonnées et activités sont à découvrir dans cette région magnifique!

This romantic tower apartment features two balconies, private outdoor dining, and beautiful views of Perpignan and Mount Canigou. The unforgettable bedroom features original oak beams . There is a full private kitchen. The office space provides a cheerful, energizing place to work. High ceilings and many windows fill the space with light, perfect for an artist’s studio (we provide the easel). The white dining chairs previously belonged to the famous French actress, Bond girl Sophie Marceau.

Come and enjoy the calm of this air-conditioned and independent apartment, peaceful in the heart of the old village of Argeles-sur-Mer, and completely refurbished in 2022. Quiet but close to the village center, 2 or 4 people can stay thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, and enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and nature. Access to the beaches is 5 minutes by car, 30 minutes on foot, there are shuttles all year round and electric bikes, more info on daqui-mobilité.fr.

Artist's house for 6 travelers, just renovated in a quiet area and close to all amenities. Enjoy the garden under the shade sail and its barbecue. 10 min drive to the first beaches, 15 min walk to Perpignan city center and 30 min to Spain. Shopping mall 10 min walk and 3 min from Sant Vicens Park (activities, walks, restaurants...). Bus stop on the street is a 1-min walk away. Parking is available in front of the house or on the street for free.

The studio is air-conditioned. It has a fully private patio, ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing! Trouillas is located on the Wine Route, in the heart of the Aspres. A paradise for lovers of hiking and gastronomic tours. Spain is a 20-minute drive away.
