Le Farfalle Village is located in the municipality of San Teodoro (OT) in front of Tavolara Island, 30 minutes south of Olbia Airport. The village is surrounded by pine forest, with a communal swimming pool and club house. Numerous beaches nearby can also be reached on foot. Cala Suaraccia is the nearest beach within walking distance via private paths, other nearby beaches: Cala Brandinchi, Punta Est, La Cinta di San Teodoro. The swimming pool is open in high season 6/15 to 9/15

We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.

When everything is silent, the sea speaks

In the front row sea view, the ground floor apartment has a patio for dining outdoors, sun lounger in the garden and shower to cool off outdoors. The interior consists of a kitchen with kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom with shower; recently renovated with fine furnishings, it has air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher. Within walking distance it is served by various shops and, of course, enchanting beaches.

Casa Frades is located in Monte Petrosu, a small hamlet 5 km from San Teodoro, 15 km from Olbia (port and airport) and a short distance from Porto San Paolo. It is a comfortable headland villa surrounded by greenery, in a quiet and private setting, but in a strategic position that allows you to reach the most beautiful beaches of the Gallura coast in a few minutes, as well as restaurants, services and points of interest in the area.
