The room is clean and tidy. Life here is convenient. Supermarket, Starbucks, and Airbnb service are all about 5 minutes walk away. The service is meticulous, responsive, and handles problems very quickly. We love staying here!

Very safe, clean, quiet and comfortable room with private en-suite bathroom. Great location just a short drive to downtown Campbell or Los Gatos.

Had a great stay. Listing and photos were accurate. Location was ideal. Property manager was very good and responsive. Parking was a little challenging, and there’s a fair amount of ambient light in the bedroom at night, but otherwise our stay was fantastic.

The perfect location for where I needed to be. Luong was especially attending and I appreciate their effort to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

This apartment was exactly as listed! Beautiful view with small porch that had a small table perfect for a romantic dinner. Surrounding area has a lot of food options and a local saloon downstairs. Walking distance to the mission. Cara was very responsive when it came to asking any questions. I would definitely recommend this location. 10/10 stay!

We loved our stay in Carmel. The location was perfect and the apartment exceeded expectations - it was really thoughtfully put together and gave us so much space. It was super clean, had everything we needed and was really comfortable. Russell was a great host, really friendly and thoughtful with helpful recommendations which were great. Welcoming and always available whilst also giving us all the space and peace we wanted. We would be so happy to return here and highly recommend this as the perfect base for visiting Carmel, Monterey and all the lovely places nearby.

Gary and Dagmar were great communicators. After a long drive from Oregon, the rolling green hills above the city was awe inspiring. We had such a fantastic time staying here! The apartment itself was great, cozy, and had everything we needed. The folks upstairs were a bit lively and you'll hear a little pitter-patter sometimes, but it genuinely didn't bother us because the host is an absolute rockstar! She was incredibly welcoming and ridiculously quick with responses whenever we pinged her. Seriously, the glowing reviews are 100% accurate – she's fantastic! Any questions we had were answered at lightning speed. Definitely a top-tier stay – highly recommend!

Raj's apartment was just the right accommodation with amenities and purpose i was looking for. Raj was prompt in responding to any of my queries and also stopped by the apartment to hand over some extra bedding & towels to make our 12 days stay even more comfortable and memorable.

This apartment is perfect for a fun visit to Santa Cruz. It’s a new construction with convenient, safe parking situated downtown. Everything in the apartment is clean, new and well thought out. The best part is the prompt and thorough host. Dave immediately responded to any concerns or needs we had and everything about check in and check out was easy and clear. Honestly, for a couple or small family visiting for the weekend (or longer!) you can’t do better than this.

Clean and organized. Had everything I needed to cook which is very important to me. Will stay again next time I’m in town.

We came to Aptos to celebrate our anniversary. Our trip was fantastic - we loved Anthony's place. It had everything we needed to have a truly memorable stay. Would highly recommend.

Great location on Santana Row with cafes and restaurants within a short walk. We only used the kitchen for breakfast. It was suitable for other meals, too. The two BRs and two BAs were useful. Note that the 3rd bed is upstairs next to the master. We enjoyed relaxing on the couch and watching TV.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen and it was fun to spend some time enjoying the view.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Lawrence was quick to respond when we had a question. There are restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores and good coffee within a mile. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again.
