The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

Round the corner you can access the meadows which is a pleasant place for walking, from here you can walk all the way up to old Sarum. Stonehenge is approx a 15 min drive. There is parking at the rear of the property for 2 cars back to back.

It is a 10 minute walk along the town path, which runs next to the river to the famous Salisbury Cathedral and the town centre where there is a market twice a week. The house is a 20 minute walk to Old Sarum and a 20 minute drive from Stonehenge. The train station is a 15 minute walk where there are regular trains to London (90mins), Bath and Bristol.
