Our stunning home was completed in 2013, it is built on a cliff overviewing the waterways leading into Stockholm. South aspect with views stretches from east to west. Private beach, jetty and wood fired sauna . The house has one master bedroom, 2 bedrooms plus a small cabin (guest house, bedroom no 4, available summer time only). The deck has a lounge, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and open fireplace/BBQ. We are located 30 min from downtown Stockholm, 10 minutes from a shopping centre.

Year-round accommodation, 40m2 built in 2016 with all the amenities you could wish for. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, and more. Two bedrooms and a large combined kitchen / living room. Dining table for four. Balcony with sunroof, dining area and sofa group. With the sofa bed you can sleep up to five people in the house, although three adults is optimal, or two adults and two children. AppleTV with premium accounts on Netflix, Disney+ and AppleTV+.

Nice apartment in Nacka

Newly built apartment (2024) located next to our house, but you live completely separately with your own entrance. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, kitchen/living room, hallway and bathroom. We can even arrange extra bed in the living room. There are several swimming areas and natural areas nearby. Parking can often be arranged right by the house, but otherwise there is free parking on the street. The bus to Stockholm city/slussen takes about 20 minutes.

The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.
