Wir haben das Nebengebäude der Pension Ballwein saniert und die früheren Gästezimmer zu 4 hochwertigen Apartments umgebaut. Alle Apartments befinden sich in der ersten Etage und verfügen jeweils über einen Balkon. Wir bieten kostenloses WLAN & einen Parkplatz pro Apartment. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vorm Haus. Mit dem Bus 21 können Sie direkt in die Altstadt Salzburgs fahren.

A cross-country trail runs right outside the front door. Skiing, ski tours or tobogganing are also in the immediate vicinity.

The newly renovated apartment in Kuchl is ideal for families and couples. It offers excellent transport links due to its location on the Tauern motorway A10 (east side) and B 159 (west side), which also makes it attractive for transit passengers. The location is suitable for sightseeing, hiking, cycling, swimming and skiing. It is well equipped with parking spaces (also for teams), and is close to shopping, train station and bus stop.

Our property is located on a sunny hillside in beautiful Großarl. Since the accommodation is 2 km from the mountain road, snow chains are recommended in winter. The apartment has 150 square meters, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a large kitchen-living room. It has a 25-meter-long balcony with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. It is an ideal starting point for many hikes on the surrounding alpine pastures.

Small, cozy one-room hut in Mittersill

Our small, cozy one-room hut can accommodate 3 people, shared hours and evenings. With the wood-burning stove it gets cozy and warm. A large corner bench with table, bunk bed, and dresser are also in the cabin. Barbecue right next to the cabin, water right at the cabin at the fountain trough, electricity is available. The outhouse is a couple of meters from the cabin, an outdoor solar bag shower is available.

Mountain panorama from its most beautiful side: open the door and step onto your balcony, pause for a moment, take a deep breath and enjoy the view of the glittering Traunsee and the guardian of the Salzkammergut (Traunstein). The lake access, promenade, playground, bars, water sports, beach volleyball, etc. can be reached in just 3-4 minutes on foot. Activities are almost limitless!
