This was a prime location and so much to do within walking distance. And a breathtaking balcony view.

A lovely house in a great peaceful but convenient location.The best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. Very friendly neighbourhood and close to everything we needed. The house was spotless and well maintained.

We enjoyed our stay! Arnie and J were responsive at all times. The home had a living room downstairs which was a good place for the family to chill and chat together. Make sure to follow the address given by the host else it’s a different location!

This place is such a hidden gem! Beautifully decorated in a colorful Mid-Century Art style — every corner is so photogenic and full of charm. If you love playful interiors and taking cute photos, you’ll adore this house. The host, Khun Chawalit, is incredibly sweet and welcoming. He greeted us personally, shared great local tips, and even served us drinks and snacks — it felt more like visiting a friend than staying at a rental! The house itself is super cozy, stylish, and fully stocked with everything you need (and more!). It really feels like a lovingly curated home. Location is amazing — close to BTS and ICONSIAM, with plenty of delicious local food spots nearby. Highly recommend trying “Rosniyom” around the corner! If you’re looking for a warm, cozy, and stylish place in Bangkok — this is it!

Nice place to stay outside of city center, much calmer neighborhood. Apartment looks like it’s presented on the pictures, we stayed for a month and it was perfect. There are 3 different pools and 2 gyms available. Many coffee shops/restaurants around. It is on 21st floor so you get nice view of the skyline. Host is great and friendly :)

Somchai and his daughters were excellent hosts. The house matches the description and is great value for money. My friends and I were all very pleased and would stay again. It can be a little tricky to find, as some of the roads to the property are blocked. But Somchai responded immediately with instructions of how to find it. This place is a great find as you get privacy along with a large space and nice swimming pool. We are looking forward to staying again some time. Thank you 🙏

Luckys place is absolutely beautiful. The views from the bedroom and lounge are great, and the pool at sunset is amazing! The building itself is only a short walk to centralwORld, MBK Center, Siam Paragon, and the BTS train line. We felt incredibly at ease and safe while here. Highly recommend!

Loved the apartment and its location! It is quiet and well equipped. Hana is very responsive and helpful.
