It has two large covered terraces, one for relaxing and one for dining. Divided into 3 levels, it has on the 1st floor a large open kitchen and a bedroom with a bathroom over it. The 2nd floor has two bedrooms with bathrooms: one triple and the other quadruple, with a mezzanine and another room up to it. The 4th bedroom is on the 3rd floor and has a bathroom.

This is the ONLY house in Las Terrenas where your backyard is sand and ocean. Wake up and go to sleep to the sound of rolling waves breaking almost inside your backyard.
