Holiday rentals with a pool in Sámara

A great private house for your stay in Samara. An easy 5 minute bike ride to town or the beach makes the location convenient. the neighbours are friendly. The backyard overlooks the jungle book so it feels peaceful. The hosts as well as property manager, David are always responsive to any problems. would definitely stay here again

Had a lovely 2 week stay at Casa Clara. The home is very clean, chic, modern and lots of natural light. Nice nature surrounding on all sides. Sofia was an impeccable communicator and extremely helpful as our host. She was so nice and supportive during our stay. The private gate and parking was a nice touch as well. They kept the pool and gardens very clean during our stay so my kids could always swim in the pool. Outdoor showers were our favorite so we didn't use the ones indoors at all. Only downside was no dishwasher but we made it work! Great location and super close to all the big spots, but also not near the main road so we had some quiet (except for the amazing monkeys) and peace to ourselves. We would stay there again!

We LOVED our stay at Casa Nova. 1. 100x better than in the photos. The villa is charming, well decorated and EVERYTHING smells good. Kitchen is equipped as at home. Rooms are cool and soothing, perfect for afternoon naps (especially with 4 young children ) 2. TOP outdoor space!! Plenty of space and a large pool. A little secret space for the kids is really well thought out. 3. Walking distance to everything. We had a car but everything works. 4. Impeccable hosts and available 24/7. We had a great time in Samara! The book of local recommendations was such a nice touch - we loved visiting several of the beaches, restaurants, and stores. It was also lovely having the pool at the house to help with the hot temperatures!

We loved our stay! It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool a lot and were lucky enough to see howler monkeys and hummingbirds from the deck!

My family’s trip to Nosara was a bit complex and Love and the team were absolutely amazing in supporting our needs to get to our vacation - wow! The communication is A++ the location is A+++ and the option for a small or large party/family is A++++ We loved the pool, the location between the two brilliant beaches. We chose to walk on our trip and was delighted to find taxis when we wanted to check out Largata Lodge for a brilliant sunset. Love the host and her team are amazing. Communication with Kevin and his family was good, respectful and attentive to help and respond quickly, clarifying any questions. The place is very neat, clean and private. Close to places of interest such as restaurants, supermarkets, coffee and beaches. Recommended.

We had a wonderful time at Laird’s home. The location is absolutely perfect! Just steps from the market, restaurants, and of course the beach! Everything we needed was provided and perfectly accommodated our group of 10 people. The beds were very comfortable and noise was minimal. The outdoor space was great for relaxing in the pool and playing games at the table in the evening. Would definitely recommend staying here and will hopefully be back soon!

Andrew and JoAnne’s place is spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a blender, microwave and coffeemaker. It was spotless on our arrival. The bed linens and towels were clean and fresh. The location is a short walk to a beautiful beach- sunset is the place to be in the late afternoon. We enjoyed dinner at La Cuchinara Doni Emi, which was fantastic. The pool is clean with a shaded area which was perfect for relaxing. The area felt safe and was quiet at night. Overall, it was excellent value for the stay!

Not much to add beyond the countless rave reviews here. The restorative and serene view and location is obviously the best quality, but the condo itself is comfortable and offers all the comforts of home as well. We loved the empty beach, the sound of the surf, and the cackle of the tropical birds. If you want crowds and traffic jams, head to Tamarindo. If you yearn for quiet and a vintage Costan Rican experience, I recommend without hesitation.

Right in the center of town and a short walk to the beach. Great amenities - coffee maker and coffee, mini shampoos, conditioners, body wash, and lotions, washer/dryer. Beds were very comfortable! Very clean.

Wonderful place! My adult children loves using the Boogie boards for the day. We appreciated renting the umbrella and chairs too! We didn’t appreciate the loud celebratory carnival/ festival on our last night.

Very beautiful and unfortunately too short stay. The accommodation is very well located, quiet and close to the sea and at the same time a few minutes walk from the center. Clearly communicated check-in and check-out formalities. All the necessary amenities were available including pool towels, which was really much appreciated and used! I highly recommend this listing!

Very relaxing place to end a 15 day stay in Costa Rica. Very well located condo and with magnificent sea views. You can easily walk to the beach
