Private suite holiday rentals in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti

We stayed at Mancho's place on the way from Kutaisi to Mestia (the drive to Mestia from the accommodation is around 3h). Mancho was very responsive and helped us with everything. There is a possibility to order dinner/breakfast - Mancho's mother prepared us a great dinner, especially the unique khachapuri. There are two rooms with double beds, and shared bathroom.

Ездили в начале мая с компанией из 3 человек. Всё было прекрасно, Кетеван очень дружелюбная и приятная женщина. Были некоторые проблемы с поиском жилья, инструкции по поиску были не очень точные, в итоге уехали в соседнее село. Но довольно скоро Кетеван сориентировала нас, оказывается в картах так и нужно было забивать: "Guest house Mama Keto". В целом рекомендуем!

Bardzo dobre miejsce, aby spędzić trochę czasu w Mestii. Nie jest to centrum, więc jest spokojnie i cicho. Zaraz obok niesamowite muzeum, polecamy. Uwaga: google maps źle kierują, najlepiej jechać tak długo jak się da główną drogą przez Mestia, dopiero skręcając przy "rondzie".

We booked one night at Leonids house and had a super stay in the guest bedroom with a private bathroom. The host and his family were very friendly and good to communicate with. Would definitely recommend! Ps. best nights sleep on our whole trip in Georgia!🛌💤

Спасибо большое за эту чудесную ночь у вас, мы были очень довольны что оказались у вас! Нашли конечно не сразу, случайно не с той улицы заехали, а так легко найти, вывеска прям на дороге. Встретили нас тепло, нас было 4 человека, заказывали 1 номер на всех, но по приезду оказлось что ремонт закончили в день нашего приезда, предложили два разных номера, мы ни чуть не расстроились =) в доме есть свое мини кофе где можно покушать вкусно очень.ах да, шашлык был изумительный как и домашнее ваше вино =)мы все довольные были,вид с терассы на город отличный) советуем всем)хозяевам пожелаю продолжать в том же духе,мы все ещё под впечатлением!

Очень гостеприимные хозяева. Тихое, спокойное место. Вкусный домашний завтрак и ужин из натуральных продуктов. Обязательно остановлюсь здесь следующий раз!

one of the best guesthouses I stayed in, two bathrooms with modern equipment, nice garden to relax, clean rooms and a very welcoming host. Food was very tasty and varied. Located directly at the trek and after the descent into the valley so that the forth day of trekking leaves you with the last part going to Ushguli only. can recommend the guest house and I am really grateful for the kindness and support of the host!! Communication is easy in English and Russian

It was like staying at a relatives home. Very friendly. Taught me a few words in Kartuli, like ჭამე, წყალი. He is a good drinker (Me not so much). Always invites you into his house for food and drink (vodka and wine). Good cheese from his village. What was interesting was the washroom was more retro and therefore gave you a good glimpse of what life was in the 1980s The house is in a courtyard surrounded with other houses. The area around the neighbourhood is very historic. At the time of my visit, the roads were being relaid and paving stones were being used. I presume the area will exude charm once complete. The Mcdonalds is within a 4-5min walk from the house and they have table service. A full meal including a burger, fries,nuggets, drink and a pie was 19 lari which is equivalent to around CDN$10.00 There are several bus routes across the street from the Mcdonalds. 1-L, 3, 4 and others. #3 heads to Rioni train station, #4 heads to Kutaisi train station. The cost is 60 tetri.
