The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house

Loukoulos' Blue maisonette

The traditional colourful house is located over a cliff, which provides it with an excellent seaview. The surrounding green garden is commoned with two other houses. Getting down the cliff through our stairs will get you in the main sandy beach of Votsalakia village. So you could be swimming in two minutes, after your wake up. Very close to us is the down town of Votsalakia village(0.7km). Furthermore many beautiful beaches are closer than 1km.

Blue Stone House

Welcome to Kokkari! The coastal village of Samos, which can offer both tranquility and fun to the visitor. Our place is located in the central part of the village, very close to a free parking area, 1' from the sea and the others. You are also within walking distance of a pharmacy (3') and a mini market (2'). The house is located in a quiet neighborhood where you can relax.

The Oceanis cottage house sits on a hill overlooking the pelagic south of the village of Koumeika, a stone-built newly built farmhouse set in a 15-acre olive grove on top of a hill overlooking the southern Aegean Sea and the nearby islands.
