Staying at Sayvahnn’s place was probably one of the best AirBnB experiences I’ve had in Thailand so far. You can tell he takes pride in what he offers his guests and goes above and beyond in accommodating and recommendations for the surrounding area, providing many things to do and see in Ayutthaya. Very friendly and welcoming, the house is very nice, easily accommodating us 4. Can’t say enough good things about the experience.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Suwutcha's place. The location is exceptionally serene and private, nestled within a charming local neighborhood that offered a true sense of tranquility. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, creating a perfect retreat for our group. It was such a nice stay! Peaceful, calm, only one sound is a sound of nature. 🤍 Wooden house, lots of light (and fireflies near the lake at night, ah!!), everything needed is there. You will share quite a lot of time territory with a gardener (just in case you expect to be completely by yourself it won’t be a case) but he is very nice man who gave me bicycle for my usage and it was the only one time we really interacted (I was looking for alone-time so we were just saying hello and goodbye during my stay). You can order food there or grab a taxi and go to markets or nice coffee places with wifi around. WiFi in a house is good to work as well, communication is great, Thipawan is very kind and caring woman and I would definitely recommend to go there and would come back myself! Thank you ✨✨

This was an amazing place to stay! We loved being on the river, laying in the hammock over the water with fish beneath us and plants floating by. The breakfast was beyond expectations! We also took the boat ride and fed the elephants, so much fun! We would definitely come back !!!

The picture matches, the check-in time is flexible, there is an attached free parking space, there is no fear of staying at night without something to eat there is a kitchen, and there is a 7-11 outside the hotel which is also convenient for shopping.

Main road with a 7/11 is in 2min walking distance. Street noise is absent or negligible, nature is fairly audible which was fine for me. Appartment was fairly clean, spacious, and as described. Big plus for offering both AC and a fan which really helped on those days with 36 deg. Celsius. Staff was always very helpful. Breakfast is served for every party individually and varied by day - mainly some variation of fried eggs and toast with tea or coffee. I liked it. There is also drinking water. Neighborhood is ok but not so sightly.

Had a wonderful long term stay. Very clean and accessible means. Close to everything you could need. Learned a lot about the Thai culture and really helped me creatively being amongst the ruins. Incredible night market nearby with anything you could desire. Bustling morning market a quick walk away. Got amazing exercise renting a bike. Ask the host anything and they will know the answer and give you details of locations nearby. Take the train the Lop Buri and spend the day. An incredible adventure. Just a wonderful place to lose yourself. I would definitely return in the future. 5 star accommodation.

Very clean and nice house, just by the river, very cozy. The owner has been very careful in maintaining and decorating the house. The Host is also very welcoming and responds quickly to messages to solve problems. It is highly recommended to stay here when visiting Ayutthaya.
