Here you can fish in the fjord that is icy 6 months a year, go mountain hikes in the nearby area or drive into Tromsø which takes about 30 minutes. Cozy cabin with SAUNA (bathhouse) 6 km north of Lyngseidet city center. The cabin is a total of 49 sqm and is suitable for 3-4 adults or a small family. Storage room: inside the storage room there is a washing machine - Large porch with barbecue facilities overlooking Lyngenfjorden. (wood or charcoal is not included in the price) - The cabin should be left in order and tidy. - Used bed linen and towels MUST be removed and placed in the laundry basket.

Large apartment with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, good standard. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. It includes linens, towels, various soaps and possibility to wash clothes. The place is perfect for northern lights watching and nature experiences with proximity to the Lyngen alps. The site is located directly below the northern light belt with little light pollution, 50 minutes from Tromsø. It is recommended to rent a car and we offer a discount deal at Hertz.

Velkommen til ei ny og fin hytte i landlige, majestetiske omgivelser i Lyngen. Stedet er like fint vinter som sommer. Om vinteren er det kort vei til unike fjelltopper for skikjøring. Likevel er det et unikt landskap slik at man også finner terreng for lettere skiturer. Om sommeren er uendelige turer å velge i, både til fots, til sykkel eller med båt. Hytte på Ytre Tomasjord med fantastisk utsikt over Balsfjorden. Sitte i jacuzzien å nyte nordlyset eller ta badstu for så å avkjøle seg med et snøbad ! 55 km fra Tromsø sentrum! Cottage is 250 m from the main road so in winter times you need 4wd car for going there! Price pr night to hire the jacuzzie is 50 euro. price pr night for the sauna is 30 euro. Offer this season a rent car SUV with 4wd; Range Rover Sport for 160 euro pr day.

Gamtunet - idyllic cabin - spectacular location

Gamtunet is a charming old log house with a top modern architectural extension including all commodities. The view is spectacular encompassing the Lyngen landscape from the view to the Ulsfjord to the alpine peaks of Trollvasstind, Sofiatind and the Jiehkkevárri massif. We still have lots of snow in the mountains so it looks like skiing will be good all through May at least.
