Downtown Casa Sabina Skyview

Downtown Casa Sabina Skyview is in a quiet gated neighborhood, five blocks from the main pedestrian street of Alcalá. The house was fully remodeled in 2021. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and ceiling fans, and two full bathrooms. The view of the city and Soledad Church from the private rooftop terrace is breathtaking, and if you look in the right direction you can see Monte Albán. Beautiful house with an excellent and strategic location, ideal for exploring the 3 tourist areas of Oaxaca on foot. It is located in one of the safest areas of the city of Oaxaca, just a 3-minute drive from the Jalatlaco neighborhood (7-minute walk), a 5-minute drive from the historic center (12-minute walk) and a 5-minute drive from Xochimilco (10-minute walk). The house is remodeled, very spacious and has a beautiful garden and decoration inspired by the magueyes.

We are part of a Zapotec town with nearby restaurants and easy transportation to Oaxaca city (25 minutes away). We offer tours to craft villages and archaeological sites. For the hiker, there are local mountain trails. And, the town of Tule is 2.5 miles away with its majestic 2,000 year-old cypress tree - a sight to see!

The house's decor is modern Mexican style. It is quite bright. Its three rooms have air conditioning. It is located in one of the most representative and beautiful neighborhoods of the city within the historic center, the neighborhood of Xochimilco. The area is very quiet. You will find museums, churches, shops and restaurants of the most visited. There is also the traditional Sanchez Pascuas Market and “La Cosecha” organic market just one block from the house.
