The place was very comfortable, with hot water always available and excellent communication with the host. Mr. Nicolás, one of the goalkeepers, was very helpful. However, another doorman refused to open or close the parking garage, arguing that he worked for the building and not for the host, showing an unkind attitude. Despite this, our experience was excellent and we hope to return soon.

As advertised. Sonata Towers is next to a cluster of retail and restaurants. It is not too far from Paseo Destino bus station, and a bit farther still to downtown Puebla. Exactly what we needed since our friend lived not too far from here.
