Everything is great. The building is quiet , the apartment is very nice.

Is the third time that my family is staying at one of Carlo’s places. He is a great host, always willing to help but also very respectful about our privacy, making us feel like we were at home. This apartment is perfect for a family of 6, very spacious, beds are super comfy and, having 2 restrooms is very convenient with a big family. The kitchen was well equipped as we always like to have the option to cook our own meals. But if you don’t want to cook, there are many options around even walking distance, which is very convenient. But the best part was the indoor pool (and this is why we come here every time), which they keep at a good temperature. My nieces enjoyed every moment, swimming morning, afternoon and evening 😅 (they are little mermaids 🧜‍♀️) the pool has the perfect depth for swimming but also feeling safe. My 8 and 10 years old nieces reached the bottom standing. The jacuzzi was super hot, perfect for relaxing. We will return and we definitely recommend it!

Super recommended!! The depa is super equipped, everything is of the best quality, the cold, the utensils, the washing machine , the super comfortable beds and the host always on the slope, Pity of the valet rude and concierge towards us and we knew that it is general for the guests of the Airbnbs of the building.

It is an excellent place, the amenities it has are incredible, the apartment is very clean and very accessible. The park, spa, and pools are luxurious for an afternoon with the family. We'll be back!

I had a great weekend with my family, Mariela was attentive at all times about our stay and helped schedule certain amenities so that our experience was unique. In the home the people in charge of following rules and rules are too inflexible. Recommendation: If you have time, remember to review the availability of the amenities for Mariela to help them:D

The apartment is just like in the photos. We slept very well, but the windows should be kept closed because of the street noise. However, the traffic was not perceptible inside. Check-in went smoothly, logged in to the security and electronic lock. A short walk to Angelopolis shopping center or grocery shopping. Right next to the Elipsistower is a small shopping market. The communication with Paulina was excellent, she responds immediately to questions and also responds independently. Everything about Airbnb or WA. We always went to the center of Puebla with an Uber as bus traffic is very difficult for us foreigners to understand. We can fully recommend the apartment. Thanks to Paulina.

Great place and great location

Exceptional stay! We spent a wonderful month in Cuna Mestiza and couldn't recommend it more. The location is ideal, with local amenities/ Walmart- tesco china - mega mart/restaurants just a stone's throw away. The property itself is clean-tidy-well maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host, Diego was absolutely fantastic. He was responsive,helpful & friendly throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a short or long-term stay

Excellent Stay . Very convenient and safe .

A very practical house, clean, spacious to enjoy the fractionation and El Cristo Golf Club. The pool with warm water (I would have liked the water a little more crystal clear), the attention of Jaime and Margarita fast, very friendly and accurate. It was very much enjoyed by my family and I would definitely come back.

Everything is excellent, the house is super beautiful and the attention of the two guys who help, gives it a mega Plus. We will definitely be back

The amazing house, the photos don't do the place justice. Carolina was very friendly and attentive to everyone. The house has more amenities than they say. It's the most complete Airbnb I stayed in, it literally has EVERYTHING you need, both cleaning and in the rooms and in the kitchen. The steam is delicious, the pool was at the ideal temperature. I highly recommend it.
