Is the third time that my family is staying at one of Carlo’s places. He is a great host, always willing to help but also very respectful about our privacy, making us feel like we were at home. This apartment is perfect for a family of 6, very spacious, beds are super comfy and, having 2 restrooms is very convenient with a big family. The kitchen was well equipped as we always like to have the option to cook our own meals. But if you don’t want to cook, there are many options around even walking distance, which is very convenient. But the best part was the indoor pool (and this is why we come here every time), which they keep at a good temperature. My nieces enjoyed every moment, swimming morning, afternoon and evening 😅 (they are little mermaids 🧜‍♀️) the pool has the perfect depth for swimming but also feeling safe. My 8 and 10 years old nieces reached the bottom standing. The jacuzzi was super hot, perfect for relaxing. We will return and we definitely recommend it!

Súper recomendable!! El depa está súper equipado, todo es de la mejor calidad, el refri, los utensilios, lavadora , las camas súper cómodas y el anfitrión siempre al pendiente, Lástima de las groserías del valet y concierge hacia nosotros y supimos que es general para los huéspedes de los Airbnbs del edificio.

Es un excelente lugar, las amenidades que tiene son increíbles, el departamento es muy limpio y muy accesible. El parque, spa y albercas están de lujo para pasar una tarde con la familia. Regresaremos!

Excelente lugar para pasar unos días muy relajados, el anfitrión siempre muy amable y al pendiente, lo recomiendo por completo!

Tuve un gran fin de semana con mi familia, Mariela estuvo pendiente en todo momento sobre nuestra estancia y ayudó a agendar ciertas amenidades para que nuestra experiencia fuera única. En el alojamiento las personas encargadas de seguir reglas y normas son demasiado inflexibles. Recomendación: Si agendan, recuerden revisar la disponibilidad de las amenidades para que Mariela les ayude :D

Es la tercera ocasión que nos quedamos y siempre a sido un placer hospedarnos con Diana. La atención, el lugar, la tranquilidad y limpieza 10/10. Sin duda lo recomiendo ampliamente, el mejor lugar para hospedarse en puebla.

Das Apartment ist so wie auf den Fotos. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, die Fenster sollte man allerdings geschlossen halten wegen des Strassenlärms. Innen war der Verkehr aber nicht wahrnehmbar. Der checkin verlief problemlos, Anmelden beim Sicherheitsdienst und elektronisches Türschloss. Ein kurzer Fussmarsch zum Einkaufszentrum Angelopolis bzw. zum Lebensmittelkauf. Direkt neben dem Elipsistower ist ein kleiner Einkaufsmarkt. Die Kommunikation mit Paulina war hervorragend, sie antwortet umgehend auf Fragen und meldet sich auch selbstständig. Alles über Airbnb bzw. WA. In das Zentrum von Puebla sind wir immer mit einem Uber gefahren, da der Busverkehr für uns Ausländer sehr schwierig zu verstehen ist. Wir können das Apartment voll weiterempfehlen. Danke an Paulina.

Departamento que coincidía con todo lo que indicaba en la descripción. Comunicación muy fluida para todo lo que era necesario. No hay lavadora pero hay servicio de lavandería a domicilio si es necesario. La zona fabulosa!!!

Exceptional stay! We spent a wonderful month in Cuna Mestiza and couldn't recommend it more. The location is ideal, with local amenities/ Walmart- tesco china - mega mart/restaurants just a stone's throw away. The property itself is clean-tidy-well maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host, Diego was absolutely fantastic. He was responsive,helpful & friendly throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a short or long-term stay

Una casa muy práctica, limpia, espaciosa para disfrutar el fraccionamiento y Club de Golf El Cristo. La alberca con agua templada (me hubiera gustado el agua un poco más cristalina), la atención de Jaime y Margarita rápida, muy amable y precisa. Lo disfrutamos mucho mi familia y yo, definitivamente regresaría.

Excelente lugar. Mucho mejor de lo que nos imaginábamos. Los alrededores son muy tranquilos. La pasamos super bien y la Sra. Reina nos atendió super bien.

La casa increíble, las fotos no le hacen justicia al lugar. Carolina fue muy amable y atenta con todas. La casa cuenta con más amenidades de lo que dicen. Es el Airbnb más completo en el que me quedé, literalmente tiene TODO lo que necesitas, tanto de limpieza como en las habitaciones y en la cocina. El vapor es delicioso, la alberca estaba con la temperatura ideal. Recomiendo muchísimo.
