I was in Massimo's villa by the sea for a week with my husband and mom... it was perfect for us! On one side the sea, on the other the "city" with market, supermarket, etc. Fall asleep with sea noise and the cure of people at Lungomare. Kitchen top equipped for self-cooking... Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

Davide and his father were extremely helpful and accommodating, we got there late ( airline issues) and it was not an issue for them at all. Their local recommendations were spot on, everything is within walking or biking distance and there are a ton of things to do. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to unwind and relax.

We occupied both apartments for a week in August . Our first criteria was to find a place for 15 people for a vacation with a children's and cousins' families. We wanted a comfortable home with an outdoor space for large family tables. And be close to the Sea so that everyone can be autonomous at their own pace . In that, Villa Arzilla was perfect! In addition, we were welcomed by very friendly owners who were very attentive to our needs and super responsive! Even if it remains secondary The style of the apartments we really liked with its vintage flea market spirit! The small beach accessible nearby is not paradise there are of course prettier beaches nearby but to us it has much more because it was our almost private beach very uncrowded and also because we were able to bring all the beach equipment beds and umbrella made available by the owners . To be more comfortable, I advise you to meet Mario the "boss" of the beach and make yourself an ally . Despite his acariate appearance, he is very friendly and he will tell you his story as a great stylist and swimmer! Happy holidays at Villa Arzilla to discover the magnificent Abruzzo region!

Charming setting for anyone who wants spend a full vacation relaxation in the peace of nature. The apartment is comfortable with mosquito nets, fireplace and well-stocked kitchen of utensils. All surrounded by a large garden fenced in with oleanders and rosemary, barbecues and sun loungers in all privacy. The farmhouse has parking, a solarium area, a beautiful pool with reserved umbrellas, small fitness area and play area. The farmhouse is just a few miles from the town tourist and places of interest. We were greeted by Mrs. Cristina with courtesy and kindness and he gave us recommendations about restaurants and places to visit. It was a nice vacation I would have gladly extended!

The first thing I would like to emphasize is that Giorgio is the ideal host: I would like all hosts to be like him, accurate, kind, available at all times. The villa she made available to us was as if no one had ever set foot on us; nice construction, well furnished in every detail, equipped with every possible accessory, including an air fryer!! State-of-the-art air conditioning system and a nice very clean pool and kept almost maniacally. We had not had any problems on dates, I would have requested availability for the entire month. My family, including the 3-year-old grandchild, was also very satisfied with the vacation. We all want to thank Giorgio for having us spend a holiday in August with absolute satisfaction.

The place was more than we expected. We had a wonderful time. All the staff was incredibly friendly :)

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Sister met us with the keys, pleasant and attentive to our needs! Private car parking with gate was a plus, bars right outside was perfect for cappuccinos. Beach so close! Easy access to highway if driving. Central location to other major cities. Highly recommend!

So for those who love being right in the center of the city near the restaurants, the train station, the beach a few meters away, this is the ideal place, already the communication with the owner of the apartment was wonderful, very friendly... I will definitely come back, thank you😊

The house is very nice, and we enjoyed having the opportunity to drink coffee while sitting on the porch. Viviane was a fantastic host. She was very friendly and full of useful information. Definitely a place to which we would return if we ever go back to the area near Pescara.

Comfortable apartment, the kitchen has everything, the space is spacious, a bathroom with a washing machine and detergents, a top apartment but the thing that makes it better is the kindness and availability of Francesco and his dad who made themselves available; it felt like home!

It was really a very nice apartment with everything you need, great and stylish decor. Thoughtful with storage for clothes. Induction stove and washing machine and a rain shower. Beautiful with the wood on the ceiling and important air conditioning in every room. Landlords were always available and responded immediately. Check-in and check-out were great and personal by the landlords. We can only recommend it. It is a very nice and rather lively environment with a beautiful beach.

Special house, spacious and 2 steps from the sea, large garden (there are not many garden houses in this area) with the possibility of organizing grills. Hosts who are friendly and helpful, recommended ;)
