I had an excellent experience! The host was very attentive and communication was quick and clear from the beginning. The space was exactly as in the pictures — clean, well decorated and very cozy. The location is great, with easy access to transportation, restaurants and sights. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to other travelers!

This is our third time staying at Mathias' apartment and we feel at home every time. The apartment itself is already exceptional and the pool and gym in the building make the stay a special experience. The Wi-Fi works great. We will be happy to come back and recommend this place to everyone!

Great location and comfy place

My experience in this stay was excellent. The place was spotless, comfortable, and conveniently located. Mrs. Norma was very friendly and helpful at all times. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Everything was smooth and perfect, very very relaxing

A great place to stay for a short or long time. For a long time it would be better to have more facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. It has a small stove and a square heladerita. Both could be bigger for a more comfortable long stay (minimum 2 burners and a bigger fridge), although my partner and I stayed for an entire month and it was quite good, somehow we managed to fit everything in the mini fridge jajaj. Good place, near Mariscal Lopez Avenue where you take any collective to go to Asunción or wherever. It is close to 2 Biggies (minisupermercados 24 hs), the Shopping Pinedo (where there is a supermarket Areté), near the Ciclovía de San Lorenzo, which became super cute, is spacious, very green. And also close to the campus of the National University of Asunción. The room is comfortable, the bed and pillows are comfortable. In the house they facilitate washing and dry clothes with the sun.

You hardly believe you are in Paraguay when you enter the very modern, tasteful and lovingly furnished house of Richard and Alex. The house offers everything your heart desires, even a bathtub and dishwasher. The pool area offers a lot of privacy and is only available to the guests of the two identical vacation homes. These are very quiet in the midst of wonderful nature, from horses, cows to chickens, including a private forest for relaxing walks. If you value peace and privacy, this is the place to be, including impressive sunsets. The wonderful hosts Richard and Alex also live on the spacious grounds and are always there when you need them. They always have an open ear for the wishes of their guests and give tips for the area. Fully recommended! We will be back!

Highly recommended, the house is a 10, comfortable with all the amenities to stay a few days and feel at home. Sergio, the owner, is a genius, perfect and quick communication. We came to see Racing in the South American final and we took the cup, so come and stay here!

The house is very nice and with quite comfortable for the 12 people, the kitchen has all the cutlery and the tennis court is in excellent condition

Luciana place was as described, and was perfect for our stay as an adult family. The yard is large with frangipani and jasmine plants, which made a nice setting. Pool was enjoyed by all! Inside the house was everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and nice quality furnishings and commodities. Host was always responsive and accommodating to our requests.

Beautiful house. Very large, comfortable and with great harmony. The neighborhood is quiet, pleasant and friendly. The host 10 points, quick responses, friendly, and decisive. All services are working seamlessly.

The Condo is ideal for large famines . Also, Barbara’s quick to respond to all our needs such as early check inn, parking location and more.

The stay was very pleasant and the staff is very friendly. The apartment looks big in the photos, but it's much smaller. Perfect for a period of three months alone. Negative was that the dishes and silverware were not clean. Cleaning supplies are not provided.

Our stay at Hugo's place was excellent. The place is spacious and comfortable, we were 4 people and we passed it luxury. In addition, the man in charge of Lugar ( María) is extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the place is ideal, close to the most important shoppings in Asunción and in a safe neighborhood. We will definitely be staying at Hugo's place again
