On a wooded and landscaped plot of 1700m², independent villa classified **** air-conditioned with heated swimming pool out of the summer season for a supplement of €250 and bowling ground. Close to all amenities and only 1 km from St Cyprien beach, one of the most beautiful bays in South Corsica. THE CLEANING FEE IS €250 TO BE PAID ON SITE TO THE CONCIERGE, AS WELL AS THE TOWELS WHICH ARE €15/PERSON, THE SHEETS BEING PROVIDED.
