Good, cozy place to stay in a safe neighborhood! Highly recommend the place if you plan to visit the Long Beach area.

Maria's place was absolutely delightful! The location is unbeatable, right near everything you could need. From the moment we arrived, both she and her husband made us feel right at home. Having a grocery store just across the street was incredibly convenient, and we loved discovering the nearby taco stand—such a treat! Gusto's bakery was an incredible find, just a short walk away, and we took full advantage of the easy stroll to the beach for free yoga sessions on the bluff. Maria's thoughtful touch of providing yoga mats was such a bonus! We truly appreciated that so many stores and restaurants were within walking distance, which made our stay even more enjoyable since we didn't need a car to explore the area. The unit itself was spotless and secure, plus it was stocked with a variety of extra amenities like coffee, tea, cooking essentials, and personal care items. Overall, I can't recommend Maria's place enough. I hope to return!

Good communication, easy check-in/out, place was as described & looked like the photos. Location was a perfect home base for our OC visit. Felt safe & secure. On-site access to EV charging is definitely a huge plus. Nice amenities. Would stay again!

place is clean, safe, and spacious, with plenty of essential items provided. Although I didn’t have much time to fully enjoy everything, the facilities were truly perfect. Most importantly, the host was always quick to respond, even to my many small questions. I truly appreciated the prompt communication. Highly recommended!

great location. well equipped kitchen. beds were comfortable. community has basketball and tennis court, swimming pool and gym. great for family with big and small kids.

Bill was an extremely nice person and host. He was very responsive, proactive at communicating, and even met us in person upon check-in (late at night too). His place was very home-like and fits the description. Parking was very easy as well! Thank you Bill, we’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Fallbrook. The space matched the listing perfectly—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The backyard was a real highlight: peaceful, beautifully maintained, and a great place to relax. Our kids especially loved all the games and activities provided, which kept them entertained throughout the stay. We’d absolutely come back again!

The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to Newport Beach, with so many charming cafes and great restaurants nearby. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The space has such a peaceful, comforting energy, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly, which made the experience even more special. it was the perfect day for a trip to Long beach. it had a great location easily walkable to a lot of great food places and the historic pine venue. the only thing I will mention is if you have multiple people in your party the couch pull out bed is a little uncomfortable so definitely have the children sleep on that lol. other than that it was the absolute perfect stay and exceeded our expectations.

It was very clean and pest free. The bed was comfortable. The location was very good. Close to downtown and beach. In a peaceful neighborhood. Would stay here again.
