The house is in a very quiet and cozy place. From below you can see the sea and through the back mountain. The facilities are very comfortable and comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, only because I am Oaxacan missing a grinder but it was solved with another utensil. We were able to cook during our stay very comfortably. The hot and cold water system for bathing is super efficient. There is good lighting and ventilation, the beds are super comfortable. Abel and Jorge's kindness was always present. And above all respectful with our privacy. It was a pleasure to be there and we will go again as much as possible.

Beautiful property on an isolated beach. Looked just like the photos and the listing was accurate. Very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The restaurant at the property had great food for a very reasonable price considering they have the market cornered. Host was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely like to come back for a longer period.

It is a great place with amazing views, offering all the comforts one may need during a short or long term stay. It was great to have an open air kitchen, mocca to make a good coffee, fridge, water dispenser. We could start each day slowly, enjoying the place itself, drinking coffee and eating own made breakfast. The fact that the apartment is open air makes it very airy and good for sleeping. The only downside is the noise- dogs barking, roosters, goats, Mexican music, local businessman advertising his products.. for us these were not annoying, natural sounds of the local life that we could well ignore (what would not be a case if there was a disco, power generator or a road). The ear plugs are anyway provided. We rented a scooter from the hosts and moved around very freely both during day and at night (we even ended up on a wedding anniversary in the local community house). Be prepared to drive up and or walk up the steep hill where the house is situated. Enjoy!

You wake up to the sweet melody of birds and the soothing sound of waves. You slide open all the doors, letting the breeze and sunlight fill the space, warming your soul. With a cup of coffee or tea in hand, you stroll to the beach and meditate in your peaceful beach hut—a sanctuary to rest, reflect, and rejuvenate your spirit. Words can’t capture the magic of this place. We respect the ocean here; the waters are too dangerous for swimming, we’ve learned to deal with the mosquitos from 6 to 10 pm. An extraordinary experience—Isabell and Luis are as wonderful as everything else!

The accommodation for a small family of 4 is fine,if more people go it would not be so comfortable as it only has 2 beds ,good location and good host service

What am amazing house! We stayed at casitas mar and although there were other places close to us we felt very secluded. Leti is a great chef and highly recommend having her come cook for you! Also if you want to bring food beforehand, make sure you grab it from puerto escondido because it’s a long drive and the road is a dirt road not wide enough for two cars.

Falling asleep to cicadas, nocturnal birds, and ocean waves was magical. The two-minute walk to the beach was a major plus, and the private canopy reserved for guests made the experience even more special. While the immersion in nature is enchanting, mosquitoes are present, so repellent is a must. Communication with the hosts was prompt and helpful, ensuring a smooth stay. For those seeking tranquility where architecture and nature harmonize, Casa Tiny is a must-visit.
