Quiet and elegant accommodation for 2 people, located 1.5 km from the beaches. On a 3300 m² property, studio on the ground floor of our house. It is composed as: Living room/kitchen including a 160 cm convertible - Bathroom/WC Covered terrace - Air conditioning - Washing machine shared with the other apartment in the outdoor laundry room, adjoining the studio's terrace. The electrical installation of this accommodation does not allow electric vehicle charging.

Studio de charme, au style épuré situé à 900 mètres de la plage avec une vue magnifique des montagnes. Vous y serez reçu par Caro et Simon, un couple Anglo francophone. Beautiful villa access to the sea with swimming pool and tennis

In Costa Verde, the villa is 40 km from the port of Bastia, 25 km from the airport, less than 2 hours from the main attractions of the island. The condominium offers a large swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols ( May to September) and 2 tennis courts. The house can accommodate up to 8 guests, with a fully fenced private garden and a shaded terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs. The residence allows direct access to the beach.

Private spa and Yurt (yurt for 2 at extra cost) from May to September.

The view of the Ampugnani valley to the sea is amazing. You then climb onto the roof terrace, you are weightless...
