The studio is located on the ground floor of a character house in the village of Linguizzetta, due to its position it offers a breathtaking view of a panorama from the mountain to the sea with the island of Monte Cristo in front, The village is 380 m above sea level and 12 km from the sea and shops. a kitchenette area and a shower room complete this 16 m2 studio. Outside, there's a porch with a table and a garden with armchairs.

It is composed as: Living room/kitchen including a 160 cm convertible - Bathroom/WC Covered terrace - Air conditioning - Washing machine shared with the other apartment in the outdoor laundry room, adjoining the studio's terrace. The electrical installation of this accommodation does not allow electric vehicle charging.

Beautiful villa access to the sea with swimming pool and tennis

In Costa Verde, the villa is 40 km from the port of Bastia, 25 km from the airport, less than 2 hours from the main attractions of the island. The condominium offers a large swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols ( May to September) and 2 tennis courts. The house can accommodate up to 8 guests, with a fully fenced private garden and a shaded terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs. The residence allows direct access to the beach.

Private spa and Yurt (yurt for 2 at extra cost) from May to September.
