Very clean and spacious apartment with all the useful amenities. Very practical assigned parking spot and really helpful hosts.

It was very nice amd cozy, had walkable stores and restaurants (even walked to a restaurants that was nearby) has a very safe environment and had no issues, love to stay again in future

Good communication, easy check-in/out, place was as described & looked like the photos. Location was a perfect home base for our OC visit. Felt safe & secure. On-site access to EV charging is definitely a huge plus. Nice amenities. Would stay again!

This downtown Hollywood apartment was the perfect stay! The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained. The complex itself was great with amazing extras like pool and gym. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and parking included. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Brandon’s place. It was exceptionally clean, neat, and very comfortable — just as described. You can tell the host really pays attention to the details. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and the space was well-maintained throughout. This apartment in Irvine Spectrum Center is good for short and long stays. Spacious, bright, tidy and comfortable. Daily necessities are well prepared. You can tell they put in the effort. The special touches are a small bottle of olive oil, a bottle of Maldon salt, and a bottle of black pepper. Fried eggs and steaks are very convenient.

We really loved Ali's place! The space was beautiful and spacious! Me and hubby came out to celebrate our anniversary and we wanted something unforgettable and this place delivered and exceeded our expectations! The apartment is right above some amazing bars and a little cute convenience store! It's walking distance to a lot of different fun bars, shopping and galleries. We were able to walk to the fashion district and shop/eat. Thank you Ali for everything! I will definitely be staying again!

Christian’s apt was the perfect location during my family’s stay in LA. The place was spacious and comfortable and the location was near lots of great restaurants and places to visit. Access to a free parking garage was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

This was our second trip to Catalina but our first time staying in Hamilton Cove. We will definitely come back. The location has so many amenities but downtown is still easily accessible by golf cart. We took full advantage of the pool, hot tub, tennis courts and private beach. Trevor’s place had all of the sports equipment you might need which was really nice and the view is stunning.

Rebecca is a wondeful host! The condo is super clean and made me feel right at home. The artsy environment gave off a calming vibe. restaurants, coffee shops and more all within a 10 minute walk. I can't wait to book my next stay here.

We arrived to a spotlessly-clean, decent-sized, one bedroom apartment. It's in a great location along the main stretch of Silver Lake Blvd. Excellent coffee (LAMILL) very close by, along with a great restaurant (Botanica). Jean and Ben were the perfect hosts -- answered our (few) questions promptly, and otherwise kept to themselves (they live upstairs). We had no issues with them living upstairs; they were quiet and respectful of our privacy. Having a reliable parking spot is very important in this area! So an important bonus there. Internet worked great. All in all a terrific experience, and we'll likely be back!

Justin's place is a true oasis. Great location- less than a ten minute walk to the main street. Beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was squeaky clean. I would stay here again.

Daniel N Emily’s place was perfect for an Easter weekend reunion of our children and their young families. The house was clean, large enough to ensure nobody felt cramped for space and all of the assessors needed for the kitchen and bathrooms were available and in great shape. The communication before taking residence was personable and professional. The owners are very understanding and went out of their way to make sure everything was just right for our family and their three day visit. My wife and I would recommend this property if you have a large group and are looking for a safe and centralized location near everything you may wish to do in the Carlsbad area. I highly recommend this place! Dale was very communicative and was willing to let us go in early to decorate for our friend’s birthday. Whenever we had questions he’d always be available to answer. The place was very nice as well and it had a nice view from the second floor! Would definitely book another time !
