Very nice place by the sea and palm trees. Very good vibes from the place, a balcony with a good view. Irene the host is very quick at responding and helpful, she recommended places I didn’t even know to visit which made the trip even better. This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Great place, clean and functional. Located a short walk to the beach with private indoor parking, large outdoor pool and a beautiful balcony to relax and enjoy the outdoor temperature. In addition, our host Brigitte welcomed us in a very warm and passionate way, with lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. Not to mention that the grocery store is located just across the road, it's ultra convenient. We would highly recommend this condo and would return anytime!

Excellent location as it is close to the beach and sufficiently “far away” from the noise. It's easy to walk around town with many services nearby. 5-Star Host always ready to help and easy conversation. Esteve always worried about helping with everything. My congratulations to Mr. Marcello.

Successful stay, the perfect location to enjoy the coast,near Nice and at the same time we are not exposed to the noise of the big city. The apartment is ok with a nice view of the sea,there is everything you need for the proper functioning on a daily basis.

This was the best Air Bnb I've ever stayed in, Christophe and Deborah couldn't do enough for us. We were a family of four with small kids and the location and accommodation was ideal. Thank you both for a brilliant holiday.

This is our second time staying in this apartment and we had a very good time again. The location is strategic (there is a walk along the sea with a breathtaking view that allowed us to get to Monaco in 15/20 min on foot) and parking is easy to find and very close to the entrance of the house. There was a new dye on the walls that made the apartment renovated and even more cared for.

We stayed in the house for 8 days. The house is beautifully decorated, the view is amazing. The communication with Cristina was great. She was very quick to respond to our requests, helped us with the tips for the area, was always very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. We had a wonderful two days. Simone made herself available for any questions and needs. The apartment is exactly as described, very nice location, close to the beaches but at the same time surrounded by the greenery of the Ligurian hills.

Beautiful location right on the promenade. Across the street from beach. Easy walk to Old City, used Uber to get to some museums and bikes to get out of city. Space is bright and airy. Back bedroom is quiet and great for sleeping.

Once again, a gem of a find with a fantastic, responsive host. When travelling, it's the details that matter most and Nina has EVERY detail covered. Let's start with an absolutely immaculate, sparkling home with ample space for two. On arrival there was a bowl of fresh fruit, a bottle of sparkling wine, chocolates on the pillows and a welcome card, The spacious bathroom was fully stocked with necessities. The kitchen is a dream and equally stocked. The home itself is extremely spacious and faces the sea with soft cool breezes and the sounds of birds constantly filling the apartment—a million dollar view. Monaco is short 10-12 minute walk and it's steps to restaurants and a small grocery store—there is also an enormous Carrefour along the walk to Monaco. A beautiful beach is also a simple 5 minute walk down the hill. This home is the perfect distance from the busy of Monaco and it's made even better by Nina's incredible care. Merci beaucoup Nina. We'll be back.

The apartment is in a very convenient location a few meters from the sea and the street with shops. The description and photos match the home, which is really stocked with everything. There are also some nice restaurants like the coffee maker, the bitter guests, and everything you need to cook. The owners are very nice and kind 😊

The view from the living room is worth the cost. It was breathtaking!!! Great restaurant downstairs, market around the corner and only a 30 min walk to the old town. The pictures are actually how the apartment is described. I would stay here again 100%
