The solar electric power includes a 50A Tesla car charger for guest use, while the yard features a low-water, Japanese bamboo and zen-influenced design. We maintain a low allergen environment. The home is professionally cleaned and extra care has been taken to ensure that the entire place has been disinfected as your well-being is our top priority. There is a shared wall with the owners residence but the entire yard and front house are for guest use. Remodeled, clean, contemporary, well appointed 1000 sq. ft. home with two king bedrooms, two bathrooms, full size kitchen, laundry, sunny front patio and private back courtyard. Fully remodeled, clean, contemporary, well appointed 1000 sq. ft. home. One on street and one off street parking space. Open kitchen, high end stainless appliances, spacious living room, cable television, high speed wifi, master king bedroom with sleep number bed, full contemporary bath & second king bedroom. Laundry room, storage, bike shed. Back patio with private dining and mature bamboo / zen landscaping. South facing, sunny front porch with view of Madonna Mountain. Full front house, private courtyard, front patio, storage shed, parking for two vehicles (one large on street with permit and one small off street) and full size laundry. Interaction with guests depends on owners schedule. Owners have a separate (connected) residence on the same property. This quiet neighborhood is in the "banana belt" part of town. Characteristically warmer than other locations and less wind. Quiet, residential, wide street. Great views. Easy access. Close to Cal Poly, downtown, and outdoor activities. Three blocks from Cal Poly. 0.5 miles from trolly to downtown. Ten minute bike ride to Higuera Street. Hiking, trail running, mountain biking and road cycling out the front door! Athletes, professors, professionals and individuals who enjoy four star hotel properties! Guests have full use of the front patio, private courtyard and access to the back yard. There is one in street parking permit for guest use and off street parking for one mid sized car off the drive way. Owners travel regularly and if our of town have a local manager and handyman who can assist with any issues. This is a quiet neighbourhood, primarily made up of college professors, professionals, students, and retirees, a few blocks from Cal Poly. The house is on a low-traffic street, with parks plus hiking and biking trails nearby. Restaurants and stores are within easy walking distance. Morro Bay, Montaña de Oro State Park, Pismo Beach, Avila Beach, hiking and mountain bike trails, and 240 wineries are within 30 minutes drive. There is parking available for two cars, one (mid-size or smaller) off street and one on street parking permit. Free weekend street parking for any number of vehicles (10:00 pm Friday - 2:00 am Monday.) The house is not set up for children as there are breakable art pieces within reach and no safety devices on cupboards. Chemicals and pest deterrents are in unsecured cupboards. One off street parking space for a mid sized car is provided on the paved area off the driveway. One on street is provided with a guest permit.
