This is a custom built, fully equipped luxury home on a private 400 acre ranch adjacent to Cal Poly and the San Luis Obispo City limits. Truly one-of-a-kind setting. CAVEAT: The home is located at the end of a 1.5 mile dirt and gravel road. Although the road it maintained by the county, it can get bumpy. Guests with low-clearance vehicles will need to drive slowly and carefully to avoid potholes-especially during the winter months.
