Come and spend the night in our little red barn. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our little barn has a small kitchenette, a large king size bed and a rustic bathroom. We have also included a cool corduroy bean bag that converts into a full size mattress. The room includes a large TV with Netflix and prime, Kurig coffee maker, a variety of teas, outdoor patio with a fire pit. On the property we have horses, cats, chickens and many dogs.

This place is magical. Seven private acres with 360 degree views are surrounded by vineyards which can be seen through most windows. On property, depending on the season, you will find apples, pears, peaches, cherries, figs, loquats, persimmons, pomegranates, pecans, chestnuts, and several grape varieties. The outdoor space includes a wrap-around covered patio, outdoor dining, multiple sitting areas, fire pits, swings, games, and outdoor cooking. It is truly one of a kind.

Montgomery Vineyard

Montgomery Vineyard was once part of the oldest dairy farm in San Luis Obispo County. The unique accommodations offers guests an eclectic décor of antiques and memorabilia from behind the camera in Hollywood. The views from the large, private deck are of the vineyard and the vineyard covered hills beyond. It is a lovely, relaxing place to enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine made from the grapes grown in Montgomery Vineyard. Beautiful Avila Beach is just down the road.

The space was completely renovated in June of 2019 with plank flooring, tiled shower bathroom with tub and stylish new furnishings. Modern and simple with an emphasis on sustainability. This cottage is on a 45 acre ranch in the country but is close to downtown Atascadero, San Luis Obispo, Paso Wine Country and several of California's most beautiful beaches!
