If needing laundry service or suggestions of wineries or restaurants we are here to help. Watch local wildlife including deer, wild turkeys, quail, foxes, and squirrels. Despite its beautiful countryside setting in the west hills of Atascadero, the suite is conveniently located close to downtown, wineries, and the coast. Uber is a great way to get around. There are many local winery and brewery tours available by local providers. There are two outdoor cats that wander the 3 acre property. In respect to other guest who might have allergies please don't let them in the suite. They are friendly and like attention. There is a bench by the suite entrance that they like to sit on and say hello. We have one indoor cat and one indoor dog in the main house. Note the suite is disconnected from the main house. Occasionally they wander the deck when having a glass of wine. They are super friendly and sweet. Location: Our suite is centrally located between the coast and the North County wineries. Located off the 41, across the street from Atascadero Zoo and also right off highway 101. Additionally, there are many great restaurants, movies, parks and coffee shops near to enjoy. It is a short distance to the beautiful central coast line where you can enjoy kayaking, boating and shopping. Cal Poly is a 15 minute drive.

OSOSUITE is a secluded space, airy, clean, spacious, and refreshing. Large windows that let in fresh warm sunlight, but we also have blackout curtains for privacy. Nestled in a tree filled oasis on .75 acres, just a 5 minute walk from the historical Village of Arroyo Grande. Our property is the perfect get away from the bustle of life and into nature without being too far away from everything the central coast has to offer. Our bright, cheery, one bedroom guest quarters is the perfect place to rest while you enjoy all of the great things to do on the central coast. Downtown Bungalow

This is a very cute studio near cal poly/ downtown San Luis Obispo. The unit is VERY small but comfortable and cozy. It is the back unit of a main house so it is preferred that guests are respectful. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, and tv (no microwave and only a small fridge).The bed is lofted and very comfortable. We do our absolute best to try and accommodate the needs of guests while they are staying in the bungalow. We advertise exactly what the unit is.

Welcome to the charming hidden town of Santa Margarita. It's a beautiful 10 minute drive to downtown SLO and 20 min to Paso Robles or any of our beaches. Its a bit like Mayberry where kids can play in the streets. There is not one stop light in our little town and it is as safe as can be. The home has a large open living space and private fenced back yard for your pups. The large front yard is beautifully landscaped and has a fire pit to enjoy the beautiful evenings.

With its own living space, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom this 400 sq ft space with a deck, semi-private entrance and dedicated garage space is perfect for your visit to wine country. This listing hosts humans only. Please no pets, please don't ask. We also ask that you do not bring small children, the suite is not suited to host little ones and the max occupancy is two persons, 10 or older.

Though there is NO KITCHEN, you’ll love our home because of the quiet street, comfortable amenities and our knowledge of all the fun things to do in our area. Our home is close to Terrace Hill, the best sunset viewing in SLO, hikes, close to downtown, craft breweries and is 10 minutes from the beach or SLO Wine Country.
