The house is located in the Lucchese countryside, in the Carignano area, in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, but at the same time close to the city center and all services. The old farmhouse has been divided into eight individual apartments, each with its own exclusive garden, as well as a large common park with a swimming pool shared with the guests of the other apartments. Being in the countryside, the access road is very characteristic but narrow and unpaved (suitable for any type of vehicle).

Located in a rural setting but only 6 km from Lucca, Gipsy Maisonette is a starting point to discover the surroundings, nature trails or visit nearby cities. It is a 3-story tower house with a special wooden staircase. It has a relaxation corner with sofa and equipped kitchen, large bathroom with shower and a walk-in closet. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.
