The location of the room is very convenient and easy to find, the soundproofing is also very good, the host is very responsive and timely at all times, highly recommended!

We stayed more than a month at the Villa and had a great time there. Villa: Very elegant, spacious and full of amenities: large pool, table tennis, pool table, darts, koi fish pond, large kitchen, lots of utensils, large TVs etc. Lot of space to use indoors and outdoors. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms with lovely showers and bathtubs. Keep in mind that water/electricity isn't included for long stays and we paid around 15k THB for a month. Location: Bit away from town so need own transportation or Grab. Once in the gated community, it is very safe (we left the villa open most of the time). Very quiet neighbourhood with lovely houses around. Distances: 20mins to Old City; 25mins to Nimman; 30mins to Doi Saket; 1.30hrs to Doi Inthanon National Park Host: Good response time. Sent us a cleaner to clean the house every week. Was very flexible with the time to check-in as well as check-out. Overall a lovely stay. Would be returning again in end of 2025.

fay was very helpful and always responsive to our enquires. She even waited for us to arrive and explained the facilities at her place. Always so ready to solve any problem that arises. The house was amazing! filled with alot of activities that we spent so much time in the villa :). Lovely big compound my group of ten friends really loved it. We gathered around mostly at the big dining table and housekeeper was too helpful with our towels after swim and even helped to run errands. Happy to always come back to a clean room and a functional house! The location maybe further from town but the owner provided transport with driver that makes it easier to move around. Thank you for the lovely experience, your hospitality and we truly had great memories with your villa. You made this trip amazing! Recommend for big groups as this villa is such a home away from home.

Great secluded spot just outside old town so very walkable. Lucy was fantastic- property manager that met our every needs. Nice for families all in one spot with private pool!

This Airbnb was so beautiful and a great stay for our group of 8 people. Definitely 5/5 stars and just an aesthetic place. Just a few things to note if visiting: the frogs at night are very loud, especially more so in the rooms closest to the living room but ear plugs and playing rain noise on our phones helped a lot. There is a rooster next door as well, but we didn’t totally mind an early wake up. Lastly, the pool is absolutely incredible but when the ground around it gets wet, it is dangerously slippery - just something to note if elderly or children will be visiting. We were just extra careful. I still think this place deserves a 5/5 though bc they are all manageable things and out of their control. It was also exceptional because they allowed for a late check out due to half of our group getting food poisoning and we appreciated that more than anything.

Our stay at this villa in Chiang Mai was simply perfect! The house is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with every comfort you could need for a relaxing and carefree vacation. But what truly made the difference was the host: always available, incredibly kind, and extremely helpful in organizing excursions and activities to explore the amazing surroundings. Junjie is a serious and responsible and thoughtful host! Choosing to stay in his house is a blessing!He met all our needs and imagination!The house is big and looks like Villa is hardware!Okay, the host, Junjie, has soft power and makes the house smell! We overturned the original itinerary and enjoyed every corner and equipment in the house, just like at home! Everyone has different meanings for traveling, telling Junjie Host that he will do his best to make his own travel memory!

A very beautiful villa with spacious and bright rooms. The kitchen appliances are complete. The swimming pool is very clean. I spent a pleasant time with my friends there.

The location is very good, opposite Ningman One, there is maya mall nearby, easy to go out and eat, it is also convenient to go out and eat, especially praise is that the villa belongs to the noisy and quiet, it is very good that there will be a little noise from the airport near the airport, but at night there should be no flight, just fine!

All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

the house was perfect for a overnight stay or a weekend. it was very private and quiet. we loved the pool and the outside space. the rest of the house was furnished well and was very nice and relaxing. the only thing was it wasn't the cleanest, but still a very nice place.

Anny was an incredible host, the place was tranquil and beautiful surrounded by rice fields and peace and quiet. We had a great time there and would absolutely recommend!

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at the Nimman Villa 17… our host Nina was the most friendly, helpful and kind woman. She made our stay extra special. We had delicious different pastries and bites delivered every morning and even after we left, she let us know we left some things behind and we were able to go back and retrieve them. The hospitality here was above + beyond and even though the price was a little steep for our liking, the service and location made it worthwhile! We would most definitely stay at the villa again if we were to come back to Chiang Mai. Thank you Nina for a wonderful stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this pool villa! It has 5 spacious bedrooms, perfect for accommodating a big group. The private swimming pool is great for relaxing, and there's even a snooker table and card games to keep everyone entertained. This villa is ideal for families and groups of friends looking for a fun and comfortable getaway. With plenty of space, great amenities, and a lively atmosphere, it's the perfect place to make lasting memories. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy yet entertaining stay!

Staying in this villa made me feel like I was at home. Refrigerator has function to make ice. The pool water is fresh. Sleeping at night is very quiet. It is also very convenient to take a taxi for 10 minutes to Nimman Road. Tapeemen Night Market is also very close. The bed is super soft for my waist. The master bedroom has a small sofa to play at night and have a drink in the room.It was also very nice, and the host was very kind to help me explain a lot about Chiang Mai. Have to stay here again Danny

This villa was better than in photos. The big pool was very nice to relax after walking in Chiang Mai. Location is good, not too far from town and we can take Grab easily to all shopping areas and night markets. The hosts are very responsive and friendly, they give good local advice and answer questions quickly. If you want nice place that is still close to everything, this villa is good choice.
