My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this idyllic, tropical home. The surreal view of the ocean, various lounging areas, fully stocked kitchen, and the large pool (with a cute little table and seats inside of it) provided the perfect getaway. The nearby private beach is gorgeous and only a short walk away down a few flights of stairs. The hosts, along with the housekeeper, were all friendly, communicative, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We cannot recommend this place enough and would love to return someday!

We had a great time with friends at your residence. The outdoor space was a favorite for our group. The neighborhood is very nice and tranquil, ideal for relaxing. The proximity to the beach and amenities exceeded our expectations. It was easy to get to nearby neighborhoods for more entertainment. We'd come back if we had a chance!

We went here on a girls trip and the photos don’t do it justice. It was BEAUTIFUL! Ana (housekeeper and chef) was amazing and went above and beyond everyday for us. The air conditioning in the rooms worked perfectly and I’ve never slept so good on vacation. Jaime and Sandra also gave us a name for someone who does massages. She came to our house and every single one of us thought she was the best masseuse we’ve ever had. Additionally, El Salvador in general was very safe and the locals were incredibly kind and helpful. Would recommend this 10/10!!!

From communication, accessibility to the place, its proximity to the beach, I consider this destination an excellent place to visit and spend a weekend or vacation with a lot of tranquility and comfort. Thank you very much Andrea and Sergio for their excellent service.

From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect—private beach, great pool and place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The responsive host made us feel very welcomed, and the location was top-notch for getting into town and going to the all the surf spots. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this place has it all. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay close to the action but far enough to have a peaceful day. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

first time staying in this side of El Salvador and it was perfect! Amazing location, great distance to the capital and beach. A lot of great places that do not feel far because it’s right in the middle. House was spacious! Great kitchen and beautiful sunsets. my family and I loved our stay. very responsive and quick. super helpful hosts. Definitely would stay here again!

I had a truly delightful stay! The host was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make everything convenient. Very nice place with a amazing view

We loved staying here! My family and I were comfortable and we felt safe. The security was amazing, it is a private gated area. We enjoyed having three bedrooms and three baths. The decor in the house was very nice. It was nice having a washer and a dryer. The pool was great. Fede and Andrea always communicate effectively. We would definitely come back. Thank you thank you for allowing us to spend time in your home. We will call you next time we go back to El Salvador.!!!

Francisco's place is the place to go to!, plenty of amenities, the condo was cozzy and clean, with everything you need!. words cannot describe how grateful my family and I are with Francisco, he is just the greatest Host we've ever met, we ran into some issues with our previous airbnb and when it was time for us to move to Francisco's place he was there to help us to remedy even the previous problem. hey ya'll!, don't hesitate to book this condo, you would not be disappointed 😉😉

i loved the area, pretty close to everything we wanted to visit! it felt safe and secure as well. the house was very clean, spacious, and well equipped.

We stayed here with 6 people to celebrate my 40th birthday. The place was fantastic! They left a spectacular fruit basket, Rose and chocolates with a happy Birthday sign for me which was such an amazing touch! The house was so awesome with its indoor/outdoor flex space and beautiful views. Smart TVs in all bedrooms, comfortable beds with nice air conditioning, warm showers, very well stocked kitchen with thoughtful touches such as Tupperware and sandwich baggies, coffee, spices, tea etc. The pool was a perfect temperature that you could just stay in it all day long with a built in table and chairs. There is even an amazing sound system with a sub! The place is in a gated community and felt super safe. We walked to the private beach and brought the provided chairs and sun umbrella which was a nice touch. If you are unable to walk hills suggest driving. We were also able to walk 12 min or so to a restaurant and you can order to the house or uber from the house. We loved it!

Top tier host with top tier accommodations. I’ve used Airbnb for about 7 years and this was easily the best experience. 10/10 would recommend.

We love Emma's house, it's inexplicable how welcoming it is and the photos don't do it justice, it's much nicer in person. We'll definitely come back to enjoy it again.

Really clean and open space, perfect for hanging out with friends and family

The house itself is gorgeous. The view is spectacular and it sleeps a ton of people. Air conditioning worked well, the pool is one of the nicest I’ve been to at an Airbnb anywhere in the world, and they provide a jug of potable water. I’d definitely recommend. The location is across the road from Tunco despite what we saw from the location on Airbnb so we had to take 5 minute taxi or Uber rides. It wasn’t too bad to do but definitely not walkable bc of the busy road. Ideally you have a car or a bike to get around. While the address is updated on Google maps now, I wanted folks to know just in case it somehow changes. One other note: there is a family that keeps the house up. They let you in and out as needed. We were never delayed but it would have been nice to have a key.
