Beautiful villa with the most amazing views of the water. If our group didn’t have other activities to do, we easily could have spent all day every day by the pool and enjoying the views of the ocean from the top patio.

The house is Incredible, all the rooms and amenities met 100% the expectation, the whole family really enjoyed it and we went out with an excellent taste of mouth.

Amazing stay, we had a great time and very comfortable, Monica is an excellent host and without hesitation is the best that has touched us so far. All the time she was aware that we were comfortable and didn't lack anything. The stay is very nice and since you arrive you feel the warmth of feeling at home, without a doubt for family trips it is very comfortable and pleasant. The area is very accessible and you find everything you need within walking distance. Without hesitation we would return as a family to this stay.

We are having a wonderful stay! This was an extra day we added at the beginning or our 6 week stay. Communication is effortless, and the building is beautiful. The apartment offers a lovely view of the mountains, greenery, and even a golf course. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee machine with all the essentials and the generous welcome gift of cheese, meat, and a bottle of wine. The high-quality furnishings and the serene atmosphere made us feel like we were in Europe, not Mexico. Everything was top-notch and spotless. Highly recommended!

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

I stayed for six nights while working remotely. The apartment is quiet (for PV) and spacious with surprisingly good lighting. It’s tucked into a peaceful building and served as a good home base. There are some aesthetic flourishes that trade off with usability, but nothing that got in the way of a comfortable stay. I didn’t end up using the building’s amenities, but appreciated having them nearby. Overall, a solid option in a central location.

We had a lovely stay at Leanne and Lawrence’s Airbnb! The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. The apartment’s staff were all so kind and helpful and the common areas were very taken care of! It is also conveniently located by stores and restaurants, and there is always a sporting event taking place at the baseball/track field. The neighborhood was fairly quiet in the evening as well. Thank you so much!

Jorge allowed us to check in early which was HUGE! Claudia met us at check in, was fantastic and explained and showed me everything in person. Location is great. An easy walk to beach and all of romatica. Elevator in the building for easy access to this suite. The only issue with the location was that we couldn't get an uber driver to pick us up from outside the building. We had to walk to the highway (with our luggage). The neighbors staying in the other casas were SO FRIENDLY and even invited us to their happy hours! You can tell they are tight like family. The suite was perfect for us (2 peeps) for 4 nights after our wedding week in Mismaloya. It was nice to recharge and enjoy the view from the patio. Kitchen was well stocked! 10% Discount at Andales! Laundry facility! BONUS! My only complaint was the lack of water pressure in the shower and bathroom tap :( Also, the wifi didn't work inside the room so I used my laptop on the deck in the mornings. We will be back! Thank you!

As a fellow Airbnb host, I have to say Christian’s condo in PV exceeded all expectations. The place was spotless and beautifully designed, with an incredible open window wall that truly took my breath away. The rooftop pool and views are stunning, and the staff were always so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect—an easy walk to tons of activities, great restaurants, and the beach. Fast WiFi, a well-stocked kitchen, laundry—everything you could need for a comfortable stay is here. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Ricardo’s place is just a block off the town plaza, which was great for participating in the local festival of San Sebastián! It was also really easy to walk up to a different area of the town, where we discovered some cool places including a coffee roasters with parrots in the back!

Casa Veta has it all! absolute privacy, a unique view, you are very well maintained and in balance with nature. Definitely the best place. Eva was very attentive and her directions and recommendations were excellent. Simply the best place!

Excellent place in the middle of the mountain, for me the 3 most important factors are safety, cleanliness and comfortable bed. The king size bed is definitely very comfortable, the room was very clean and the area is safe, unfortunately there is no way to lock the front door, however the area is safe. In front of the room there is a river that takes you to sleep at night, maybe the kitchen is outdoors, which at least in our case was a plus in addition to the fact that there is a fairly practical barbecue. It's bad that you can easily filter out of noise from the upstairs room.
