Perfecto departamento para tres personas en el centro de Quito. Esta muy bien conectado con el sistema de transporte público, a tres cuadras de la estación del metro. El departamento cuenta con todas las comodidades para largas y cortas estancias. Se encuentra en el tercer piso un edificio muy seguro estilo neoclásico y que además cuenta con hermosas vistas de Quito. Es totalmente independiente. No contamos con ascensor, si tiene problemas subiendo gradas, no es conveniente, no garage.

It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped with filtered water and essential implements to meet our guests' needs. The comfortable facilities provide good relaxation. We have Wifi 620Mbps a 1.05Gbps, a telephone line, a television with Netflix, and heaters for the shower and kitchen sinks.
