Located near the municipal gardens, it allows you to reach the historic center, the Verdi Municipal Theater, the shopping area and the locations of the most important food and wine events and the famous Soccorso festival in a few minutes. 30 minutes from the Sanctuary of San Pio and 40 minutes from Gargano and an hour from Foresta Umbra. It has a garden and there is the possibility of eating outdoors on a large veranda.

"The heart of the Borgo"

The house, located in the historic heart of Termoli. Inside you will find a small bathroom with a shower and washing machine. A bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers, a large wardrobe and a Smart TV with Netflix! At the entrance, the kitchen is equipped with all the utensils, minibar, and a part set up only for breakfast with a capsule coffee machine, a juicer and a kettle for tea. There is also a comfortable single bed and a sofa bed.
